Michelle,

Schedule your workouts around your busy day. Break it up, try doing your cardio and stretching in the morning and plan your resistance training for the evening.

Stay focused and plan some therapeutic workouts as an outlet for your stress.

I have a question...
I work 6 days a week, which totals about 55-60 hours per week. I work out on the day off, but struggle with getting a great work out done after work. Some times I don't know if it is better for me to catch up on sleep or use the little energy I have left to push out a good work out. What do you suggest?
